The Wake Forest University Department of Counseling hosted counseling community members, alumni, current students, and faculty members at the 2022 Spring Seminar on Friday, April 1st, 2022.  Attendees were able to participate in one, two, or all three sessions, earning up to 6 CEs for the day.

The 9-11am session featured Dr. Laura Welfare Phd, LPC discussing ‘Best Practices in Clinical Supervision During Challenging Times’.

The noon – 2pm session featured Ms. Debra Wesselmann MS, LIMHP and ‘Healing Attachment Trauma through EMDR and Family Therapy’.

The 230-430pm session featured Dr. Victoria Kress PhD/LPCC-S, NCC, CCMHC discussing ‘Supporting Struggling Supervisee—Strength-Based Support and Remediation Strategies’.

The recordings of these presentations are available to registered seminar participants who were unable to attend the sessions in real time, but who would still like to earn CE credit, until May 1st, 2022.  Please contact Louise Schatz at schatzla@wfu.edu to receive the link to the session recordings.

After May 1st, the recordings will be posted here for the general public, with no CE credits being awarded, until April 1st, 2023.
