.Dr. Nathaniel Ivers, Department Chair and Associate Professor of Counseling, was recently quoted in a November 12, 2018 Washington Post article, entitled: “My parents divorced yet continued to live together. It made me think unhealthy relationships were normal.”

Dr. Ivers was interviewed about the challenges encountered by children whose parents are involved a high-conflict divorce and offered insights into the common emotional and relational issues that can impact these children in adulthood. You can read the full article here.
